A change for a while in this blog, as I'm going to post some of my own poems which I have found have helped me pray.

Sometimes embodied prayer is easier....

Prayer

Greater Stitchwort Beren Hartless 2006

The child danced in ecstasy

On the springy turf

Heedless of the star flowers at her feet,

Immersed in adoration,

And alive with hope.

God came

And danced with her,

A union-in-love,

Providing the foundation

For the gift

Of recollection.
